Snow Day!

The girls are outside playing in the snow with the neighbor's girl. All three are falling down, flopping around and having an all together wonderful winter day. Oh to be able to join them! I'd love to bundle up in my snow pants and everything else and just roll around in the snow like a kid again. Hopefully next year Vincent will actually want to play in the snow, and I'll be able to.

We took the kids sledding last night. It was 5 pm twilight and the snow was falling thickly enough that Vincent looked like he'd been rolling even though he never left my arms. It was great. Isabella even went down the hill, but she promptly wiped out at the bottom, and did not appreciate a face full of snow.

Both sleeves are attached to the Sage Sweater, everything is seamed, and it awaits picking up of the stitches for the neckline.

It's Luis' birthday today, 31. I'm making pasta with homemade alfredo sauce (a heart attack waiting to happen) and shrimp with homemade bread and salad.
